Job Description

Manage the following activities for a set of countries:
· Ensure monthly cross-reporting of assignees compensation data to partner countries
· Analyse compensation data received and send the analysed data either to the relevant payroll team or Tax Service Provider
· Answer partner countries and Tax Service Provider questions regarding assignees’ compensation data
· Provide year-end compensation data to the Tax Service Provider as per the Country Compliance Calendar deadlines and requirement
· Work closely with Tax Service Provider to solve issues regarding prior years compensation data needed for tax return preparation
· Track accepted Excess Tax calculation and ensure timely reporting to income as well as updating of the tracking tool
Fill in Host Tax Templates on request of the home country IA Tax accounting team within 5 days of receipt
· Perform reconciliation between raw sources from different parties and the final compensation report, investigate and solve discrepancies
