Role Summary
- Candidate screening and matching
- Handling candidate application
- Overseeing recruitment
- Attending job fairs and seminars
- Maintaining candidate networks in given industry
- Ensuring highly positive candidate experience
- Day to day candidate and hiring manager interaction
- Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles
- Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages
- Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong recruitment agency background
- Understanding of full recruitment and candidate lifecycle
- Able to penetrate the passive candidate market
- Fully conversant in searching job boards, Social Media to source candidates
- Ability to think outside of traditional sourcing techniques to source for hard to fill roles
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Must be dynamic, creative and have excellent attention to detail
- Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills
