Full-Time Input Operations Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities
 Receive data in a precise and timely manner; and check data for quality, content and entirety
 Complete data processing and ensure it aligns with our system
 Prepare data for the delivery into databases
 Upload statistics on content, quality and delivery into databases
 Identify and deal with potential errors
 Prepare documentation
 Keep contact with the German team, ensure effective information and knowledge transfer (in German and in English)
 Liaise with and assist data providers in resolving possible problems via phone and email.
 Continue communication with other departments in English and German.
Requirements
 Bsc/Msc degree (fresh graduates are welcome)
 Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
 High level of communication skills and openess
 Fluent German (C2) and good English (B1-B2) is a must
 Work experience at Germany or Austria is an advantage.
 Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage
