EMEA Inventory and WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Coordinate day to day operations of EMEA Spare parts warehouse activities in collaboration with the EMEA spare parts vendor manager.
Responsibilities in the position:
- Ensure daily operational interface between Spare Parts Distribution Center vendor and the company.
- Collaborate with Spare parts vendor manager to implement new warehousing projects or improvements.
- Receive and deal with Stock Rotation requests from Partners and Customers.
- Analyze requests, give agreement on the quantities to be returned, receive Warehouse analysis and issues final payment.
- Coordinate Customer Claims and Returns Activity between the Order Management Team and the Warehouse.
- Produce monthly reports on the level of activity related to Customer Claims and Returns.
- Coordinate Rotating Inventory Counts.
- Define with the inventory manager the list of parts to be counted as well as its frequency.
- Make sure the vendor follows up cycle counts based on the required frequency.
- Helps the vendor to analyze discrepancies and declare cycle counts in SAP. Publish quarterly metrics.
- Ensure the role of SAP Distribution super user to provide the first level of support and communicate with the SAP team.
- Help the COE to promote and communicate SAP enhancements.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in warehousing logistics activities.
- Strong SAP knowledge (OTC – returns, Inventory counts)
