Job Description
Looking for native or near native German, Dutch, Polish or Russian speakers for a Helpdesk / Service Desk position at a multinational company.
Responsabilities: Provide first level IT Support via Phone, Email and Chat to the customer’s employees.
Fluent English is required as it is the communication language within the company.
Speaking multiple languages (e.g. French + Italian)
Experience in customer service / IT Helpdesk is required!
