Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Specialist into our major global partner’s progressive Business Service Centre in Budapest. Our client can offer a modern working environment and the opportunity to join a young and dynamic team of a globally developing multinational company’s local firm.
The IT Sales Specialist position’s main duty is to pro-actively search for up-selling and cross selling opportunities besides delivering exceptional customer service to the company’s web and catalogue customers. Daily you will be tasked with the followings:
– Constantly achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals by Utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches
– Identify new opportunities to create new business by up-sell and cross-sell customers
– Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
– Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations and complaints
– Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in-connection with all sales transactions
– Cooperate with other departments as needed to resolve customer inquiries (eg.: Marketing or Finance)
– Understands shipping instructions and comprehends distribution center processes
The ideal candidate for the IT Sales Specialist position can speak English on a fluent level and has IT sales experience. To be a successful candidate you also need to have a college or university degree. Our client is looking for a pro-active, energetic and result-oriented candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills besides having outstanding telephone manner is a highly advantageous.
