For a leading multinational company we are currently looking for a Cash Application/Billing Team Leader with fluent Italian and English language skills.

Tasks:
• Coordination of identifying the received payments, connecting them to the rentals
• Investigate the refunds and depreciations and manage escalations
• Coordinating and supervising the month end, quarter end and year end close activities
• Set team and individual goals and monitor the performance in order to reach company goals and SLAs and improve customer satisfaction
• Support, develop and motivate team members and back up the Service Delivery Manager
• Build and maintain good relationships with the partner country and internally in the BSC

• Have People management experience in relevant field (Cash application, billing, finance)
• Have Knowledge of all Microsoft office programs, especially in Excel
