Job Description

For a leading multinational we are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist with native Italian language skills to work in Budapest, Hungary.

Responsibilities:
 Manage client portfolio by handling and collecting debts effectively
 Maintain credit lines and requesting payments for new and existing customers
 Managing the relationship customers and partners
 Credit analysis and review
 Helping in updating the process documentations, follow-up and record changes, which
contributes to recognize the opportunities of improving processes

Join us if you:
 Have at least high school education (University or College degree are an advantage)
 Speak native Italian and English at least at intermediate level (verbal, written)
 Have experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage
 Have knowledge of all Microsoft office programs, especially high level of Excel
