Your new role
As an Italian Sales Support Specialist you will have the following duties:
- Maintain and upload fleet data
- Manage incoming customer queries
- Set up and maintain relevant templates and customer loading
- Provide administrative support to sales managers
What you’ll need to succeed
You get this position in case first of all you have fluent Italian knowledge and at least intermediate English. Besides this having experience in SSC environment is a plus. Having excellent communications and problem solving skills, the ability to prioritize makes you the best candidate for this position.
