Level 1 German IT Helpdesk Agents are needed for one of our multinational partner, who has a great impact on the IT outsourcing and strategic consulting market in Hungary, Budapest, for their freshly established, new department. The agent will take care of all IT users for a client. Via telephone and email, the agent will solve basic hardware and software, including Microsoft Outlook for a famous financial institution. Moreover, he or she will also be monitoring the incoming problems until they have been solved.
Requirements:
– Good computer knowledge and strong interest in IT
– Good knowledge of basic hardware- and software problems, including Microsoft Outlook
– Fluent German and fluent knowledge of English
– IT support experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome
– Flexibility to work a 7×24 operation in 3 shifts or in 7-19h rolling shifts.
