Level 1 Polish speaking IT Helpdesk Agents are needed for one of our multinational partner, who has a great impact on the IT outsourcing and strategic consulting market in Hungary.

As an IT Helpdesk Agent you will support PC users in Europe via phone and e-mail.
You should deal with software and hardware related issues, giving step-by-step instructions to the customers. Moreover you should monitor the incoming problems until they have been solved.

Requirements:
– Good computer knowledge and strong interest in IT
– Fluent Polish and English knowledge
– IT support experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome
– Willingness to work in shifts (7/24)
-Customer orientated approach
