Job Description
Level 1 Service Desk Agent Swedish 6 months (Budapest, Hungary)
6 months contract
Daily rate: 100-200 Euro depending on experience
Requirements:
Swedish fluency is a must
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Interest in financial matters
Ability to Multitask is essential
Must be proactive
Self-motivated, display a high level of attention to detail
