Role Summary/Purpose:
Leads marketing team in developing and executing strategic marketing activities. Identifies, influences, and implement customer-centered growth initiatives. Evaluates new projects, engages stakeholders at all levels and executes the projects to support growth and speed to market in a measurable way.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Leads the marketing activities in all aspects within scope: segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, (new) product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets
- Enhances depth and breadth of marketing and product management capability through recruitment, retention and development of existing and new talent and capabilities
- Develops and manages customer strategy programs
- Utilizes feedback reports and develops a robust customer strategy
- Leads customer strategy program operating plan agenda that enable the commercial organizations to deliver on specific growth goals and objective and selling products, solutions and services responding to customer needs
- Conducts historical and predictive analysis to enhance business strategy and provide leadership/subject matter expertise on macro and micro issues facing the business
- Identifies and develops marketing talent, both dedicated segment resources as well as entry-level talent
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience leading teams
- Prior experience in management of overall marketing and/or commercial strategy for business/sub-business, may include: business/marketing intelligence, product development/management and new market opportunities
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, customer feedback, customer value, behavior, segmentation and targeting techniques and tools
- The role will be located within the region
