Our multinational partner is looking for Multilingual Cash Collections Specialist to join their dynamic team as soon as possible.

Your new role
As a Cash Collections Specialist you will be responsible to ensure that the customer collection are within term and also make certain that the risk of aged and bad debts are kept to a minimum. In this role you need to keep constant contact with customers regarding late payments, handle refunds and legal cases. The members of the Cash Collection team have to work closely with Cash Application and Credit Management department

What you’ll need to succeed
You are the ideal candidate for the Cash Collections Specialist role if you speak English and Norwegian/Danish/Swedish fluently, and are patient and customer focused. Excellent communication-, problem solving- and analytical skills are also essential.
