Full-Time MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are currently seeking for Customer Service Agents with different combinations of languages as our global partner is continually growing its Business Support Organization in Budapest.
The Customer Service Agent position is an excellent opportunity to use your language and communication skills to handle various issues, supporting several countries around the world. On a daily basis you will receive and handle complex incoming customer calls and emails from foreign customers, clients and businesses. Your main duty is to bring excellent service to all the customers through finding the most appropriate action to solve any possible problems. As a Customer Service Agent you will have to work with different divisions and teams within the company locally and through the EMEA region.
Our client is looking for an energetic, result oriented applicant who can speaks German OR Spanish OR French OR Italian OR Dutch OR Swedish OR Norwegian languages fluently plus English at least on an upper-intermediate level. The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative position has strong communication skills and the ability to work as a part of a dynamic, multicultural team.
