Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Agent position is open at our multinational client who is a prestigious company which provides services to their European Clients.
In Customer Service Representative position you would be responsible for:
– Resolving the occurring issues
– Communicating effectively with the customers and suppliers via phone and email
– Managing customer claims
– Preparing reports and statements according to the business needs
– Working closely with the colleagues and other stakeholders
An ideal candidate, you are required to speak fluent English and fluent Norwegian. Experience in the field of customer service is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome in this customer service position. The ideal candidate will also have strong problem solving skills, good attention to detail, customer oriented and proactive attitude.
