Product Specialist – Office, Managed Sector

The Microsoft Office Division within Microsoft Hungary if looking for a Product Specialist who will be responsible for creating and delivering product marketing content to managed customers and partners. Join us if you would like to be the ”owner” who ensures the execution, monitoring and reporting of a subset of the Microsoft Office System related activities in the Hungarian market! This position reports to the Microsoft Office Business Group Lead and works closely with several Microsoft units such as the Enterprise Partner Group, the Small & Medium size Enterprises, Solution Partners and Enterprise Services. Your job is unique to the success of Office products. You will be responsible for driving growth, revenue and scorecard targets within the Managed segments (i.e. small, medium and large businesses and partners). Our new colleague is recognized internally and externally as a product marketing expert within Microsoft Hungary.

Responsibilities:

Development and delivery of product marketing content
– Writing and adaptation of product marketing materials for our local marketing campaigns
– Production of original content as needed for marketing campaigns
– Being a spokesperson for the relevant Microsoft Office products
– Handling business partner escalations regarding product functionality and licensing
– Review and coordination of localization for product content
– Drive the creation, delivery and follow-up of product related proposals for Microsoft Office products

Customer and partner facing presentations
– Deliver customer facing presentations along with segment sales colleagues supporting them in selling the MOD product set
– Present at partner readiness events online and offline

“Customer Immersion Experience” Lab
– Maintenance of our physical demo environment
– Procurement of new devices as necessary
– Coordination of sales demonstration sessions
– Training of partners for the CIE and working with the partner team to achieve partner-led CIE sessions

Requirements:
– 3 years experiences in product management, pre-sales or consulting areas
– Experience with content creation and marketing coordination
– Bachelor or master degree in business, economics, marketing or information technology
– Strong English and Hungarian language proficiency is a must in writing and verbally as well
– Coordinating and cross group collaboration skills
– Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills, experience with presenting to audiences
