Operations and Technical Support


Location: Budapest, Hungary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance.
  • Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership.
  • Migrating servers from Windows XP to Windows 7 or higher platform.
  • experience with MAC, OS Windows 7 and/or Windows10, Office 365, networks TCP/IP, VLAN, Microsoft Active Directory, VMware.
  • Knowledge of communication and remote-control tools (Skype for Business, TeamViewer).
  • Familiarity with hardware devices such as Desktop, laptop, telephony (fixed and mobile), printers
  • Fluency in local language and good level of English are mandatory.
  • Technical degree in computer sciences or similar background with previous similar experience (at least 5 years)
