Location: Budapest, Hungary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance.
- Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems.
- Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership.
- Migrating servers from Windows XP to Windows 7 or higher platform.
- experience with MAC, OS Windows 7 and/or Windows10, Office 365, networks TCP/IP, VLAN, Microsoft Active Directory, VMware.
- Knowledge of communication and remote-control tools (Skype for Business, TeamViewer).
- Familiarity with hardware devices such as Desktop, laptop, telephony (fixed and mobile), printers
- Fluency in local language and good level of English are mandatory.
- Technical degree in computer sciences or similar background with previous similar experience (at least 5 years)
