Freelance Order Management Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize the end to end delivery solution for EMEA contracts, insure fast and low cost delivery, responsible for customer satisfaction and support BG excellent operation
- Make reasonable production and shipment plan according to project installation and demand plan, monitor the order fulfillment and responsible for on time delivery, provide reasonable commitment to customer according to demand and supply resource
- Monitor and shorten the overall lead time from order release to delivery, improve the order response capability
- Analyse materials and production capability, match with region demand and order plan, involve into the SOP process and responsible for stable and accurate order input

Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree, major in Economy, Supply Chain management, electronics, communication, information technology.
- Be able to take multi-task and be good at prioritize.
- Strong communication skill with high customer orientation.
- Fluent English language is a must! Chinese language is prefer but not must.
- Others: Can work under pressure and keeps focusing on detail, good organization skills and good team work.
- More than five years of order manage experience in large enterprises, or relevant experience.
- Have the basic knowledge of SCM, production management and MRP, have deep. understanding of production plan and can manage and lead forecast from marketing.
- Be familiar with SCM process, have the capability to response order demand quickly.
- Be familiar with project management and be capable of supply support on big project.
