Full-Time Order Processing Specialist
Job Description
Overview:
Successful, 25+ year-old B2B software distribution company located in Budapest’s 2nd district is looking for a skilled Order Processing Specialist to support our sales team. Someone who is extremely detail-oriented and passionate about data entry would be an ideal fit for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Process product orders into our ERP and CRM systems
- Fulfill and issue invoices to our customers
- Accurately document sales-related processes
- Execute high-volume, transactional orders from customers
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by sales team
Requirements:
- Quick learner and flexible
- Meticulous, accurate data entry is essential
- Friendly attitude and team-player
- Strong communicator and reliable
- Adept at learning new software technologies
- Proficiency in both Hungarian and English
- Expertise in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Can tolerate repetitive work tasks
- Full-time availability, with flexibility to work in later hours
Optional but Helpful:
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Proven work experience working in a sales support role
- Familiarity of the sales order management life cycle
- Previous experience with processing sales and purchase orders and/or invoices
