P2P Site Rental Accountant – Italian speaking
(Part time for 18 months)
Purpose of the role: Manage Costs Trend Analysis, process site sharing related invoice postings, support collection and payment activities, support Contract Management Invoicing, posting, Site rental related Head Quarter invoices.
Tasks:
- Invoice processing of other Telco Operations
- Vendor Account reconciliation.
- Invoice Archiving
- Contract Management Activities
- AR Invoicing / netting / revenue posting /payment collection
- Vendor Query Management.
- Manage Cost Trend Analysis
- Vendor Query Management
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Italian language knowledge is a must
- 1 year relevant P2P/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Billing experience is essential
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong user level of Excel
- Financial, Accountancy or Economist degree is an advantage (minimum 2 semesters of accounting studies required)
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work in part time (6 hours/day)
