Personal Assistant
colleague for its Technology department
Role Purpose
Supporting the daily work of the Technology Director and Head of level within the Technology Business Unit.
Responsibilites
- Support the daily work of the Director
- Supporting the Director with administrative works
- Organizing meetings, calendarappointments, business travels
- Handling phone calls,emails, letters
- Preparing presentation, weekly report
- Supporting the daily work of the Head ofs
- Organizing their meetings, business travels, calendars, invitations
- Supporting them with administrative works
- Administrative tasks of the Department
- Updating common folders, databases and organizational charts
- Informing the team about internal communication issues,writing information letters
- Dealing with the office environment, ordering the stationery needs
- Coordinate all Timesheet related activities
- Registration of overtime forms and holidays
Requirements
- College or University degree
- Min. 5 years administrative experience (in multinational environment)
- Perfect computer skills
- Good level of English knowledge
