Personal Assistant to Financial Adviser
SUMMARY:

Woodbrook Wealth Management is searching for fluent English speaking, young, dynamic, well spoken, confident, outgoing candidate to work as Personal Assistant to Financial Consultant here in Budapest.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients’ business premises;

–Promoting the services Woodbrook Wealth Management provides;

–Cold-call potential clients and arranging appointments with prospects;

–Liaising with your Financial Advisor and financial institutions;

–Providing Administrative support to your Financial Advisor, preparing forms, agreements and applications;

–Answering telephone calls;

–Managing and organizing appointments and meetings;

–Managing your Financial Adviser’s diary;

–Managing databases;

–Attending events/meetings as the Financial Adviser’s representative.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

–Good verbal and written communication skills

–Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment

–Manage time effectively

–Calm under pressure and capable of thinking on their feet

–Work well as part of a big team
