Customer Service Specialist – IT HELPDESK
– you will need to analyse and solve clients’ IT related problems via phone and e-mail in Polish
– NO experience needed, because the company provides a 4 weeks (payed) training
– full-time (40h/w) OR part-time (20h/w)
– 3 shifts between 6am – 10pm (sometimes you will need to work on the weekend too)
