Full-Time POLISH Speaking IT Customer Specialist

Tasks:
o Receive customers’ calls from Poland, UK
o Provide technical support over the telephone and via e-mail to clients
o Take part in trainings
o Manage regular and ad-hoc reports and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
o Very good knowledge of English AND Polish knowledge (knowing BOTH languages is very important)
o Great communication and problem solving skills
o Strong computer knowledge: NO high level IT expertise necessary to fill the position, strong user level computer literacy is sufficient! Windows system knowledge advantage
o Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
o Client-oriented view
o Stress-tolerance
