As a Product Sales Representative your overall job will be driving sales through up-selling and cross selling techniques as well as delivering exceptional customer service to our client’s web and catalogue customers. Your main tasks will include establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions and handle all incoming phone calls. In the role of Product Sales Representative you will solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks.

The ideal candidate for Product Sales Representative job:

Fluent English and German

Minimum 2 years professional experience

Experience in IT product sales

Strong PC and consumer electronics skills
