Job Description
Our prestigious multinational client with worldwide presence is looking for customer support associates with English and German knowledge to their Budapest-based business service center.
Your responsibilities:
– Providing direct technical assistance for customers via Customer Service System
– Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service
– Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development
– Creating internal/external content for our knowledge base
– Delivering remote consulting services to our customers
– Involvement in product testing and validation
Our requirements:
– Higher educational degree obtained or close to closure
– Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
– Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
– Customer and quality focus
– Fast learner with IT affinity
– Open and professional communication style
– Spoken and written English language skills are required
What we prefer:
– Spoken and written German language skills
– Experience in Support or Software Development or IT
– Programming skills (Java, C++, C#, other)
– Knowledge in SAP products is an advantage
