This company is a software development service company present in Europe for over 20 years and in Romania we are developing a start up from 2015.

Duties and responsibilities:
- You must be great with stakeholder management (number of difficult banks up to Executive level)
- Able to overview and drive number of different streams
- Have knowledge in software development projects
Requirements/Must-Have Skills:
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile)
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good prioritization skills
- Good people management skills, ability to lead PM team
- Ability to work under stress
- Banking industry and products knowledge
- Proven experience with IT project deliveries
- Solid understanding of IT principles
- Basic knowledge of Security and Compliance principles and regulations in banking industry
- Good knowledge of MS office tools
