Job description
o Leading Zala Hungary Contract Manufacturer site quality activities.
o Responsibility for implementation of Engineering changes and quality requirements in prototype, NPI and Mass Production stages.
o Responsibility for cooperation with Contract Manufacturer quality and production teams for IQC, MRB, CAPA, production monitoring and process sampling control.
o Tightly monitoring of production yields, analyze the results and lead in cooperation with Contract Manufacturing teams improvement plans.
o Thigh communication with SolarEdge Quality & Reliability and Engineering teams to reflect actions to be taken as part of improvement plans.
o Auditing of production line and conduct in line production quality monitoring and OBA.
o Auditing of local suppliers.
Job requirements
o Education: BSc Mechanical or Electronics Engineer and CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification.
o At least 5 years’ experience in multidisciplinary electronic mass production at Contract Manufacturers (Sub-Contractors).
o Deep understanding of Electronic production process: SMT, Solder Wave, manual soldering, Mechanical assembly and testing methodologies.
o Deep understanding of IQC and Quality Process Control methodologies.
o Self-motivated and task oriented for Quality Yield and Production throughput improvement.
o Management skills.
o Good computing skills.
o Good verbal and writing English skills.
o Residence Zala Hungary or nearby.
