The company

Headquartered in Budapest’s Millenáris Park, we are actively searching for Receptionist to join our international team in Budapest working on market leading brands including: HR Tech Europe, Pan European HR Network, iRecruit and iHR Awards.
Role:
- Receptionist duties (answering phone calls/emails/inquires)
- Administrative support to the team
- Creating invoices and keeping in touch with accountants
- Post and administrative tasks
- Keep record of incoming CV’s
- Assist visa requests
- Arranging flights and travel accommodations
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Responsible for general office management (ordering office equipment, keeping contact with maintenance)
- Personal assistant to General Manager
Requirements:
- Native Hungarian
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
- Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Fun loving and interested in connecting with people
- Ability to handle logistical situations
- Well-presented and understand the importance of customer service
- Quick learning and flexible attitude
- Reliable and dynamic personality

Hello
I`m currently looking for a position in Budapest/Hungary.
Although I live in Switzerland now, I would like to move to Budapest, because most of my family lives there.
I`m fluent in German, English and Hungarian as well as French.
I`m a dual citizen Swiss/Hungarian and would be able to start work immediatly. Currently I`m working as a translator/interpreter, but would be able to move right away to Hungary.
