Job Description

BELGRAVIA WEALTH MANAGEMENT IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR FLUENT ENGLISH AND HUNGARIAN SPEAKING, DYNAMIC, WELL SPOKEN, CONFIDENT CANDIDATE TO WORK AS RECEPTIONIST IN OUR BUDAPEST OFFICE.

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the reception area to look and run professionally at all times
• Meet and great clients as they entered and leave the office
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Manage request for catering and refreshments
• Postal services
• Courier services
• Ensure checks to all floors, desks and kitchen are conducted to maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Ensure coffee, stationary, water and any other resources are available for the day to day running of the office
• Understand and comply with all relevant company rules

Required skills:
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Communication skills;
• Microsoft office skills;
• Stress and time management skills;
• Costumer focus and professionalism.
