A chance to build up experience and develop within HRM. The IST Recruitment Centre, located in Budapest, is providing recruitment services to a number of countries both in Europe and elsewhere.
The centre is now looking for a Finnish/Swedish speaking Recruitment Coordinator. You will be part of the Recruitment team, and you will be responsible for several of the processes we support for the Nordic countries. You keep track of ongoing hires and projects, you keep in contact with the in-country hiring teams and by having a proactive approach you ensure that the hiring is running smoothly. The role also plays an essential part in the provision of telephone support to customers. The role will provide an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process, and it will broaden customer service skills.

  Speaking both Finnish and Swedish is a must for the position.
