We want to internationalize our successful German business to Central Eastern Europe and, therefore, we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager (m/f) based in Budapest and a Regional Operations Manager (m/f) based in Zagreb.
Your tasks:
- You support our bus partner companies and train their drivers
- You collaborate closely with our partners and develop long lasting relationships
- You ensure and optimize the quality of our operations
- You coordinate and optimize processes at our bus stations
Your profile:
- Excellent Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the field of leisure and tourism, transportation, economics or a related field of study
- Previous experience in logistics, the transportation or the tourism industry
- Strong social, communication and negotiation skills
- You are fluent in the language of the respective market and in English
- You are enthusiastic, ready for action and you have the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our venture with us
