A hunter for WORLD LEADING BANKING SOLUTIONS PROVIDER
This is an exciting regional sales role for new business/ new logos/ new accounts Based in one of Czech Republic, Hungary or Slovakia and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Europe based in Prague, you will have direct new business sales responsibility for the entire FSI/ Banking Products portfolio of our client. This is a key role and requires somebody not only able to balance structured sales with corporate governance but also a hunter who thrives on sales. It is expected that the successful candidate will be a well-respected and excellently networked professional in the region will have demonstrated experience of generating financial software solution sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Software Solution New Business Sales across the region
- Add on business with existing customers
- Enhance our client’s position and further build up market value
- Support cross boarder deals from other regions
- Support global and wider regional account deals
- Contribute to company’s overall growth
- Establish and own the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding the customer base in their respective area
- Excellent knowledge of structured sales cycles and processes
- Experienced in working in a globally matrixed organization with detailed regional and corporate reporting

Misys, Murex, FISERV, iFlex, FIS, FNZ, TCS, SAP Finance, Sophis, Oracle Financials, Temenos, SunGard, BaNCS, InfoSys, Callatay & Wouters, SimCorp similarly Financial Services arms (Partner or Director level at relevant region) of IDC, TPI, Forrester, Gartner, Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, CAP Gemini
- Demonstrated BANKING software solutions SELLING experience in the region – recognized as best in field
- Proven experience in planning, developing and executing sales campaigns across Czech / Slovakia / Poland / Hungary
- University Degree from a reputable university; preferably post graduate
- Recent experience of 8 to 15 years in selling / business development in Financial Industry or Financial Services in Eastern Europe
- Excellent knowledge of Financial Services and Banking Solutions, processes and operations (front, middle, and back office) with thorough understanding of IT processes and implementations from both functional and technical perspectives.
- Process based structured selling experience
- Experienced in channels and partners management
- Fluent English a must, Slavic / Czech / Hungarian / Slovenian languages preferred, Russian a plus
- Ability to travel extensively
- Track record developing and managing successful teams
- Self motivated, ambitious, independent, organised, focused and able to multi-task.
