Full-Time Sales Office Senior Manager

Job Description

Planning, organizing and performing Sales Office processes related to PSE’s AV Media/ Solutions , D Cinema , Spare Parts as well as Service Contracts sales. Supporting the service provided by SES platform across the multiple countries that PSE conducts its business. Ensure harmonized and high performance and efficiency of sales administration, order handling, solutions project administration and general sales support according to business and market needs, legal circumstances and corporate policies and strategy. Ensure full alignment to the business group requirements and provide the best level of service to them, enabling them to focus on sales, marketing and growing the business by the sales office being the single point of contact for Order to Invoice and project solutions control.

 

Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making

 

– Preparing Sales Office and project office budgets

– Prepare guidelines and policies for Sales Office processes

– Controlling of Sales Office business processes ( Approval of credit / Debit notes/ returns). Ensuring SOX and SOD process are completed and monitored.

– Monitoring and correcting of errors relating to spare parts interfaces into SAP

– Manage regular and ad hoc invoicing for managed services.

– Ensure that from a customer perspective that any issues are handled from order to invoice dealing with internal departments to resolve the customer issue and communicating back to the customer.

– Ensuring that the team proactively communicate both to customers and account managers are completed to maximise sales.

– Purchasing of third party products and service supporting both IT solutions and where relevant other business areas is completed in line with Sony policies and controls.

– Ensuring compliant documentation and archiving of executed processes which follows legal requirements, customer and dealer’s agreements and corporate policies

– Regular communication to other departments, European functions and exchange information on changing requirements and procedures, using a combination of physical, on-line live and phone mtgs

– Cost control

– Monitor actual costs and keep within the total sales office budget

– Control proper cost allocation to legal entity P&L

– Approval for express shipments/ key changes to sales orders that will impact costs.

– People management

– Ensuring proper backup and workload balance across the teams located in different countries, serving multiple countries

– Leading, motivating, evaluating and planning trainings for proper teamwork employees’ commitment, professional expertness and competence in a challenging multi country set-up.

Desired Skills & Experience

– Deep knowledge and experience in Supply Chain, Operational Logistics, Sales Admin, Sales Support and project management

– Deep knowledge of SAP transactions related to sales order processing & distribution.

– Experience in team and people management across multiple locations.

– Leadership skills.

– Language : Good knowledge of English.

– Additional European language an advantage.
