Full-Time SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description
Sales Representative position with fluent English and Spanish knowledge is open at one of our prestigious multinational client operating a newly established Business Service Centre in Budapest.
The aim of the Sales Representative position is to pro-actively search for up-selling and cross selling opportunities also to deliver exceptional customer service to our web and catalogue customers
The main duties of the Sales Representative are as follows:
– Responsible for responding to all incoming phone calls
– Handles enquiries in regards to product data, prices and availability
– Acquires thorough knowledge of the product range
– Manages the whole order processing system including order entry, order enquiry and sending order confirmations to clients
– Maintains customer master data
– Strong PC and consumer electronics skills- must understand hardware components of a computer.
– Generates credit/debit notes and return goods authorisations
– Closely cooperates with other departments within the company
– Identifies cross selling and up-selling opportunities
– Understands phone based selling techniques
In order to be considered as an ideal candidate for the above role you should haveCollege or University degree and preferably at least 1 year experience in a customer facing position. Strong PC and consumer electronics skills is also required in the Sales Representative position. We are searching for applicants who can speak English and Spanish at fluent level.
