Job Description
Sales Support Specialist position is open at our prestigious, worldwide-known multinational partner, who operates in the electronical manufacturing industry. The company provides a professional working environment for fresh graduates as well and they can offer the chance to build up a career.
As a Sales Support Specialist your main task is to proceed the orders to SAP and manage them regarding the incoming customer requests. In case of returns you will also have to work closely with the logistics team, create and monitor the return deliveries. Your task will also involve updating the client’s data in the sales support systems, do ad hoc administrative tasks and create reports regularly.
You are the ideal candidate for this Sales Support Specialist position if you are fluent in English and you also have some experience in SAP or customer service. The position also requires excellent communication skills and analytical attitude.
Fluency in another European language can be an advantage!
