What’s the opportunity?
As Sales Trainee will play your role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We will teach you, how to directly generate revenue and drive new business by conducting cold calls, building relationships with the customers on the phone, presenting offers and closing sales. You will also work collaboratively with branch personnel and management to operationally support the customers you bring in.
C.H. Robinson’s Sales Trainee informs and educates potential customers on all of the innovative ways that C.H. Robinson delivers supply chain and logistics solutions. You’ll be selling for the industry leader and be backed by people, process and technology that are second-to-none. Better yet, you’ll be provided with the training, tools and resources needed to consistently win new business. Training process at C.H. Robinson includes advanced 2 weeks onboarding training in Amsterdam.

What will you be doing?
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
