Full-Time SAP Support Specialist (Budapest)
SAP Support Specialist positions are open at our multinational partner, who is a manufacturing company and is operating with a Shared Service Center is Budapest downtown. The aim of the position is to provide a complex support on SAP to the employees in all regions worldwide.
As an SAP Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing a full-scale Level 2 support to the employees of the company globally, solve all kind of upcoming problems in connection with SAP and People Soft software and act as a business analyst in case of a system development. You tasks will be liaising with the business units, as well as with the developers, participate in testing, writing test documents and continuously seeking for improvement ideas. Part of your responsibilities will be to ensure and maintain the SOX compliance of the systems and processes and lead SOX audits. You will also provide personal and remote trainings to the newcomers about SAP and People soft, while reporting directly to a manager in the USA.
In order to successfully apply for the SAP Support Specialist role you need to have a university or college degree, fluent knowledge of English language and 2-4 years of similar experience, preferably in a Shared Service Center. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, good problem solving skills and a good understanding of financial processes are also required.
