Job Description
For our prestigious multinational partner we are looking for a talented expert in
Dutch speaking Second Level Support Specialist
position.
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Solving challenging IT issues forwarded by the first line support
• Monitor and handle incidents referred to 2nd level queue
• Handle calls and assume call responsibility when required
• Supporting partners in Dutch language.
You are the next expert int he team if:
• You have academic educational level or equal by experience.
• You are Fluent in Dutch and English.
• You have good knowledge of various IT tools.
• You are willing to learn.
