Full-Time SENIOR CORPORATE COUNSEL
Job Description
A greenfield Senior Corporate Counsel position with a pan-european scope has become available with our multinational client, operating in the IT sector.
As a Senior Corporate Counsel’ in the Legal EMEA group, you will be supporting clients based in EMEA on a variety of legal issues, including technology distribution, transactional, contentious and regulatory/compliance matters, marketing, and providing daily support to the local management teams.

The Senior Corporate Counsel shall undertake an extremely broad and multi-jurisdictional role, and will be encouraged to continue to develop existing legal skills/experience with as broad a remit of duties as possible. The Senior Corporate Counsel will work in a cross-cultural environment, expected to work flexibly as a fully integrated legal team member in support of business clients of varying experience levels spread across a number of countries in EMEA. The successful individual will be pragmatic, organized and an effective communicator with strong academics, previous experience dealing with corporate/commercial legal matters and the ability to work with a business at all levels.
The ideal counsel candidate has at least 7 years of experience gathered in a private law firm, or in the corporate side. Our client is looking for an applicant who has a Law degree, and also licenced to practice law, including international legal knowledge and practise. Complete fluency in English is required. Experience in the distribution of technology and additional European languages are a plus.
