Job Description

Service Desk Agents are required for our major multinational client, operating a shared service centre in Budapest. They are currently looking for 1st line agents who can achieve customer satisfaction through a service-oriented attitude.

As a Service Desk Analyst you will be tasked with the followings: handling service requests and incidents in a structured way through following a „best practice” process approach.
As a part of the challenging and diverse helpdesk team you will be a key player in direct contact with the customers, having a major influence on business relations through Europe.

To be a successful applicant you need to speak English fluently besides another European language would be a great advantage, mainly French or German or Spanish or Dutch or Norwegian or Swedish. This position requires no previous work experience but a college or university degree is essential. Our partner is looking for a candidate who is self-motivated and conscious besides able to be a part of a team and willing to learn new processes continuously.
