As a Service Desk Agent you will solve IT first level issues by mail or phone for an International Client
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

 

– Working with an International Team reporting to your direct supervisor.

– Provide Excellent Customer Support.
-Answering incoming calls and help clients with their IT technical issues.
-Follow up and solving IT incidents.
– Transferring issues to a second level if necessary.

– Monitoring and solving problems keeping the customer informed.
-User Management.
-Responding to incoming emails.
-Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet expectations.

 

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

– Advanced IT skills.

-Excellent communication skills
-Experience in helpdesk or Technical support

– Minimum 1 year experience assisting international customers by phone
– High level of the required languages. – Language Certifications would be advantageous.
