A Budapest based multinational company is looking for NATIVE level English speakers (UK / US accent) for a Service Desk position

 

Tasks:

• Provide basic level IT support over the telephone and via e-mail to clients

• Respond to customer’s IT requests

• Take part in trainings

 

Requirements:

• Native or near native English

• Basic IT knowledge –general understanding of Windows, Office and Mobile devices

• Minimum 6 months experience in IT or customer service
