Full-Time Service Reliability Analyst

Job Description
Our prestigious multinational client with worldwide presence is looking for a Service Reliability Analyst to its Budapest-based business service center. The analyst will be responsible for ensuring oversight of process and knowledge management, project/issue management, and analytics for identified service reliability activities and initiates as engaged by our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. The analyst will monitor reliability events and ensure communication, delivery and follow-through of related processes. Responsibilities include aggregating data points, providing timely reporting of events and statistics. Additional responsibilities include communicating issues and requirements to internal support groups, and coordinating delivery of the event driven requirements. This person will also be responsible for working with the SRE team to ensure all processes are documented, published and communicated. Data and initiative presentation design required as necessary.
Your responsibilities:
– Works within the SRE team to provide process, knowledge, documentation and project support
– Partner with various performance, operations and engineering teams to resolve reliability issues and proactively improve service quality.
– Follow-up on SRE initiatives, projects, issues and escalations
– Aid in the collection of requirements, and execution, for active performance issues and initiatives
– Prepare documents and reports as necessary
– Drive process adherence and improvements
– Document standards, guidelines and standard operating procedures for Technical Services team
– Work closely with supporting teams for issues involving problem determination and implementation of changes pertaining to service performance
– Collect, categorize and identify trends that impact performance, availability and overall reliability
– Maintains performance documentation library ensuring documents are current, accurate, and available to appropriate groups
– Actively participate in SRE related activities to ensure accurate reporting and timeline of events
– Participates in Projects related to SRE Management team and the Global Cloud Services organization as a whole.
– Other duties as assigned
Our requirements:
– 2+ years supporting technical teams as an analyst or project coordinator
– Project Management experience is a plus
– Presentation design and data reporting experience
– Strong experience with PowerPoint, Excel and other presentation tools
– Experience with Software-As-A-Service and/or Cloud technologies
– Experience with Problem Management
– Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot problems and find root causes
– Team player with strong desire to assist and share knowledge
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
