Full-Time Service Support Agent – German with English
Job Description
Our client is a leading multinational information technology services and solutions company which operates in more than 100 countries worldwide. The company has a Global Services Center in Budapest which supports European clients in a variety of business services including a Help Desk Function.
Provide basic technical support over the phone and via e-mail to end users calling with IT-infrastructure problems.
Tasks:
– To troubleshoot, correct technical faults and guide the caller through the necessary steps to restore functionality
– To work together with colleagues to share information.
Requirements:
– Strong English and German knowledge
– Familiarity with MS Office
– Good verbal communication and listening skills
Advantages:
– Previous Customer Service experience
