Job Description
Sputnik Time Hungary Kft.
Handle customer inquiries via telephone
Provide customers with product and service information
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Enter new customer information into CRM system
Update existing customer information
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Requirements:
MUST speak fluently SLOVAK language
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Experience in a call center and customer service environment (preferable)
