Your role
– Logistic management and coordination of the whole export process from Hungarian/Romanian clients to others countries.
– Hungarian/Romanian Market analysis, cost efficiency and strategies development.
– Dealing with international customers in order to understand their needs and provide for an excellent service.
– Prioritise issues in order to maintain quality of service.
– Keep update the database system and manage orders and deadlines.
– Teamwork in order to get speedy solution to problems.
– Understand all customer queries and respond in a professional and friendly manner using your Hungarian / Romanian language
– The company’s official language is German, all documentation, internal communication, training and interviews are in German
Candidate profile:
– Fluent in Hungarian and German and Romanian/Slovakien to support both Hungarian and Romanian market.
– Fluency in German and Romanian or Slovakien IS A MUST
– Business degree is a MUST
– Previous experience in International Transport is an advantage.
– Conveys information clearly and effectively both written and verbal and active listening skills.
– Ability to work in a fast, pressurized environment.
– Must have strong initiative, be positive and a quick learner.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment when necessary.
– Computer literate, good Technical and troubleshooting skills.
