Full-Time SPANISH Collection Specialist

Job Description

For a leading multinational we are currently looking for a Collection Specialist with ideally native Spanish language skills to work in Budapest, Hungary.

Responsibilities

Manage client portfolio by handling and collecting debts effectively
Resolve issues from customers in conjunction with Customer Service teams
Maintain credit lines and requesting payments for new and existing customers
Managing the relationship with customers and partners
Credit analysis and review
Helping in updating the process documentations, follow-up and record changes, which contributes to recognize the opportunities of improving processes

Requirements

Have at least high school education (University or College degree are an advantage)
Have some experience in Collections or at least several years in Customer Service
Speak native/fluent Spanish and English at least at intermediate level (verbal, written)
Have experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage
Have knowledge of all Microsoft office programs, especially high level of Excel
