Full-Time SPANISH CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
Job Description
For leading multinationals we are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist with ideally native Spanish language skills to work in Shared Service Centers in Budapest, Hungary.
Responsibilities
- Managing the relationship with a portfolio of customers and partners
- Complaint and question handling received from customers on phone and in writing
- Precise administration, continuously update the ‘performance measure’ chart and responsible for the accuracy of its data
- Helping in updating the process documentations, follow-up and record changes, which contributes to recognize the opportunities of improving processes
Join us if you
- Have at least high school education (University or College degree are an advantage)
- Speak Spanish native or fluently and English at least at intermediate level (verbal, written)
- Have experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage
